Dust-free release paper for clean rooms is a smooth clean paper that repels water and ink, does not adhere with glue, and serves as a scratch-resistant wrapping paper.
General release paper (the backing of seal labels) generates a significant amount of paper dust when rubbed, torn, or crumpled. When used in applications where dust and dirt must not be generated, such as in clean rooms, it is advisable to use cleanroom-specific dust-free release paper instead of general products. This product is made from clean paper (dust-free paper), so it produces very little dust even when torn or crumpled. One side is coated with silicone, which prevents adhesives or glues from sticking and repels ink and liquids. The silicone has good slip properties, allowing heavy items or products to be moved with light force when used as a base. Additionally, it has low friction, making it resistant to scratches and scuffs, making it ideal for wrapping delicate products. It can also be used as a simple water-repellent and waterproof sheet, making it a very clean paper product. It can be safely used in clean rooms.

Cleanroom anti-static dust-free paper
● Conductive fibers blended into the clean paper exhibit excellent electrical properties. ● The fibers used as paper material are long fibers. Resin impregnation is also performed to prevent fiber shedding. ● No pigments are used for coating the paper, which does not create micro-dust. ● While it is suitable for copying, due to its anti-static properties, the fixation of printing may be unstable depending on the machine. ● It possesses heat resistance characteristic of pulp fibers and can be used in short-term heat treatment processes. ● It can be incinerated as general "paper." Additionally, it can be disintegrated and recycled as waste paper.
